Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after successful payment confirmation.
Please note that shipping operations are not available on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available working day.
Estimated Delivery Window
Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery times vary depending on your region:
Peninsular Malaysia: 1 to 3 business days.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3 to 7 business days.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once your parcel has been officially handed over to our courier partner. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Delays & Courier Performance
While we partner with reliable delivery networks, any transit delays caused directly by the courier service (such as peak seasonal volumes, weather conditions or operational backlogs) are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during these unexpected situations.
Customer Responsibility & Accuracy
Address Verification: Please carefully review and ensure that your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate before final checkout.
Failed Deliveries: We are not held responsible for failed, missing or returned deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete or invalid information provided by the customer.
Re-shipping Fees: If a parcel is returned to our headquarters due to an incorrect address or because it went unclaimed at the courier hub, the customer will be responsible for bearing any additional shipping costs required to re-send the parcel.
